Within the USA:

METHOD		TIME	EXTRA COST	PURCHASE
Standard	Standard shipping is by USPS Priority mail, which includes free tracking and takes an average of 3 days. The cost is included in the standard shipping and handling fee of $5.	2-3 days	-	(no purchase necessary)
Express	Express shipping is by USPS Express mail, which includes tracking and takes 1-2 days. The cost is an extra $15, bringing the total shipping cost to $20. NOTE: Express delivery may still take a week to ship if the item is handmade or not in stock.	1-2 days	$15
Overnight	Overnight shipping is by FedEx standard overnight, which includes tracking and takes 1 day. The cost is an extra $25, bringing the total shipping cost to $30. NOTE: Overnight delivery may still take a week to ship if the item is handmade or not in stock.	1 day	$30

International:

METHOD		TIME	EXTRA COST	PURCHASE
Standard	Standard shipping is by USPS airmail, which does not allow tracking and takes 7-10 days. The cost is included in the standard shipping and handling fee of $5.	7-10 days	-	(no purchase necessary)
Priority	International priority mail is by USPS Global Express, which includes tracking, and takes 3-5 days. The cost is an extra $30, bringing the total shipping cost to $35.	3-5 day	$30
